The company will recruit and deploy Thai seafarers for various clients such as Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, SeaDream , Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Hurtigruten among others.

Aside from recruiting and deploying Thai seafarers, Bahia Manpower Co. Ltd (Thailand) also forged a service agreement with Apac Maruni of India, PT. Cipta Wira Tirta of Indonesia and Ethzel Davis of Panama to provide their clients, seafarers from their countries.
